Lap sized memory quilt

This was made along with the memory bear and wheelchair memory quilt for the same family. I used all of the clothing except for the back of the quilt. That fabric was purchased. I added a few personal touches as requested and the recipient loved it. These items are hard to make not because the are physically hard but because they are emotionally hard to make. I didn't know the person that passed but I did know the daughter of that person. Regardless of who it's being made for, it still gets to me. It's a sad time making these but worth it in the end when I see the faces of those receiving them.
